This notice explains what Degenku, the company that runs the Moku brand ("Moku", "we", "us" or "our"), collects and uses when you apply to and use Pupkins Create. It adds to the Moku Privacy Policy, which covers all Moku products. It is about you as a creator: people who play games are covered by that policy.
The short version
- We collect what Create needs: your sign-in, your application (including your Discord), your games and what happens to them online.
- Your Discord, Twitter and email are for reviewing your application and reaching you. We don't publish them.
- We use your games and data about them to train AI models. We don't receive your conversations with your AI tools.
- Your creator name and released games are public.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. We don't sell your information.
- Email support@moku.gg to see, correct or delete your data.
1. What we collect
- Sign-in details: the email address you get a sign-in code at, or the wallet address you sign in with, the identifiers our sign-in provider Privy gives your login, and your Moku account. Wallets on your Privy login are added to your Moku account.
- Your application: your creator name, Discord username, Twitter or X handle and an email address if you give them, what you tell us you want to make, which version of the terms you accepted and when, our decision, who made it and any note about it, and whether we emailed you about it.
- Your creator account: your invite, your creator name, and your limits and usage, such as builds and room time.
- Your games: the files you upload, including anything you put in them, each game's details, the results of our checks, your builds and your releases. If you use remote dev, the files you sync.
- What happens to your games online: plays, errors and faults (with their messages, cleaned of anything shaped like a secret), and performance reports from players' devices: frame rate, screen size, memory, graphics chip and device tier.
- What you send us: messages, reports and feedback, including when we talk to you on Discord.
- Device and log data: your IP address, browser, the pages and requests you make, times and errors. Our hosting and security providers and our servers record these to run and protect Create.
We don't ask for your legal name, phone number, postal address, government ID or payment card details, and we never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Don't put personal information or secrets in a game's files.
2. The kit on your computer
The kit runs on your own computer. It contacts our services when you sign in, fetch our characters and props, publish, release, read your logs or use remote dev, and it sends what those need. It keeps your sign-in in a folder in your home directory, and pupkins-create logout removes it.
We don't receive your conversations with your AI tools. Claude Code and any other AI tool you use is run by its own provider, under its own terms and privacy policy, and that provider sees what you share with it. If you use share, the kit downloads a tool from GitHub and makes your game reachable through Cloudflare, and anyone with the link can open it.
3. How we use it
- To run Create: signing you in, reviewing your application, building, hosting and running your games, and showing you your dashboard.
- To reach you about your application, your account, your games and problems with them, by email (the address you give us, or your Moku account's) and on Discord.
- To decide on applications: a person at Moku reads your application and may look at your public profiles and your Moku account, including its age and wallets.
- To keep things safe: scanning games, spotting abuse, multiple accounts, fraud and breaches of the Creator Terms, and answering reports. We may look at your games, files and logs for this.
- To improve and promote Create: working out what to fix, and showing games as the Creator Terms allow.
- To train AI models: we and our affiliates use your games and data about how they are built, checked and played (files, builds, check results, logs and play data, without players' names, email addresses or wallet addresses) to train, develop, test, improve and use machine learning and AI models and related products. We don't use your Discord, Twitter, email address or application for this.
- To meet legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. That is why we keep a record of the terms you accepted.
4. What is public
- Your released games: anyone with the address can open them, and read the files a browser receives. A preview link works for anyone who has it.
- Your creator name where we show it with your games, and whatever you put in a game.
Your Discord, Twitter, email, application and sign-in details aren't published.
6. Cookies and browser storage
- One sign-in cookie (
create_session), which keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. Scripts can't read it, and it is sent only to this site. - Privy's sign-in data, kept in your browser's storage so you stay signed in.
- One saved choice in your browser's local storage: day or night mode, if you pick one.
This site has no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and serves its fonts itself. To remove these items, sign out and clear this site's data in your browser.
7. How long we keep it
- Your application: while you have a creator account or an application with us, and afterwards as long as we need it to handle disputes, abuse and legal claims, which is often several years. That includes rejected applications and the record of the terms you accepted.
- Your games: while they are on Create. Old builds are removed from storage automatically. We may keep copies we need for security, safety, abuse or legal reasons, and for anything already in use as the Creator Terms describe.
- AI models: what a model has already learned from your game can't be removed from it. Once a game is off Create and its copies are gone, we don't use it for new training.
- Game logs: 30 days.
- Other logs: for a short operational period, unless we need them longer to look into a security problem or abuse.
- Your Moku account: as the Moku Privacy Policy describes.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. Email support@moku.gg with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or open a support ticket in our Discord. We may need to confirm it's you, and we will respond within 30 days. You can change your application yourself while it is waiting.
We may keep what the law requires or allows us to keep, such as records we need for disputes and legal claims. Deleting your information may mean we have to end your access to Create. The Moku Privacy Policy lists your rights in full, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
9. Age
Creators must be 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger who applies. If you think someone under 18 has applied, contact us and we will delete their application.
10. Everything else
The Moku Privacy Policy also applies, including how we protect information, the legal bases we rely on in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, international transfers, the rights of California residents, and how we tell you about changes. Degenku is responsible for your information (the "controller"). We can't promise any system is fully secure. For your games and anything you do with players' information, you are responsible, and the Creator Terms say what you can't do.
